Cook Islands vs Solomon Islands: Atmospheric deposition — Cropland nitrogen per unit area
Atmospheric deposition — Cropland nitrogen per unit area over time
- Cook Islands
- Solomon Islands
How they compare
Solomon Islands currently reports 2.01 kg/ha against 1.82 kg/ha in Cook Islands, a difference of 0.19 kg/ha.
That makes Solomon Islands's figure about 1.1 times Cook Islands's.
The two have swapped places 2 times across 63 shared years of data; in 1961 it was Solomon Islands ahead.
Cook Islands ranks 171st and Solomon Islands ranks 168th of 186 countries.
Across the 7 decades both report, Cook Islands averaged higher in 1 and Solomon Islands in 2.

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
