How they compare

Czechoslovakia currently reports 12.52 kg/ha against 5.59 kg/ha in Western Asia, a difference of 6.93 kg/ha.

That makes Czechoslovakia's figure about 2.2 times Western Asia's.

Across all 32 years both countries report, Czechoslovakia has been ahead every year.

Czechoslovakia ranks 20th and Western Asia ranks 22nd of 186 countries.

Czechoslovakia has averaged higher in every one of the 4 decades both report.

Head to head by decade

Decade Czechoslovakia Western Asia Difference Ahead
1960s 11.5 kg/ha 2.86 kg/ha 8.64 kg/ha Czechoslovakia

The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
