Congo vs Kyrgyzstan: Atmospheric deposition — Cropland nitrogen
Atmospheric deposition — Cropland nitrogen over time
- Congo
- Kyrgyzstan
How they compare
Congo currently reports 5,192 t against 4,497 t in Kyrgyzstan, a difference of 695 t.
That makes Congo's figure about 1.2 times Kyrgyzstan's.
The two have swapped places 9 times across 32 shared years of data; in 1992 it was Kyrgyzstan ahead.
Congo ranks 109th and Kyrgyzstan ranks 112th of 185 countries.
Across the 4 decades both report, Congo averaged higher in 2 and Kyrgyzstan in 2.
Head to head by decade
| Decade | Congo | Kyrgyzstan | Difference | Ahead |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1990s | 2,923 t | 4,709 t | 1,786 t | Kyrgyzstan |
| 2000s | 4,001 t | 4,025 t | 23.6 t | Kyrgyzstan |

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
