How they compare

Djibouti currently reports 24.05 t against 9.56 t in Seychelles, a difference of 14.49 t.

That makes Djibouti's figure about 2.5 times Seychelles's.

The two have swapped places 1 time across 63 shared years of data; in 1961 it was Seychelles ahead.

Djibouti ranks 178th and Seychelles ranks 181st of 185 countries.

Across the 7 decades both report, Djibouti averaged higher in 2 and Seychelles in 5.

Head to head by decade

Decade Djibouti Seychelles Difference Ahead
1960s 3.49 t 17.45 t 13.96 t Seychelles
1970s 4.16 t 20.8 t 16.64 t Seychelles
1980s 4.81 t 26.95 t 22.13 t Seychelles

The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
