Armenia vs Cyprus: Biological fixation — Cropland nitrogen per unit area
Biological fixation — Cropland nitrogen per unit area over time
- Armenia
- Cyprus
How they compare
Cyprus currently reports 0.2771 kg/ha against 0.2477 kg/ha in Armenia, a difference of 0.0294 kg/ha.
That makes Cyprus's figure about 1.1 times Armenia's.
The two have swapped places 2 times across 32 shared years of data; in 1992 it was Cyprus ahead.
Armenia ranks 179th and Cyprus ranks 177th of 191 countries.
Across the 4 decades both report, Armenia averaged higher in 1 and Cyprus in 3.
Head to head by decade

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
