Thailand vs Togo: Biological fixation — Cropland nitrogen per unit area
Biological fixation — Cropland nitrogen per unit area over time
- Thailand
- Togo
How they compare
Togo currently reports 18.29 kg/ha against 15.65 kg/ha in Thailand, a difference of 2.64 kg/ha.
That makes Togo's figure about 1.2 times Thailand's.
The two have swapped places 1 time across 63 shared years of data; in 1961 it was Thailand ahead.
Thailand ranks 33rd and Togo ranks 30th of 176 countries.
Across the 7 decades both report, Thailand averaged higher in 6 and Togo in 1.
Head to head by decade
| Decade | Thailand | Togo | Difference | Ahead |

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
