Azerbaijan vs Bolivia: Carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from Waste
Carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from Waste over time
- Azerbaijan
- Bolivia
How they compare
Bolivia currently reports 0.0027 Mt CO2e against 0.0025 Mt CO2e in Azerbaijan, a difference of 0.0002 Mt CO2e.
That makes Bolivia's figure about 1.1 times Azerbaijan's.
The two have swapped places 3 times across 55 shared years of data; in 1970 it was Azerbaijan ahead.
Azerbaijan ranks 53rd and Bolivia ranks 52nd of 100 countries.
Across the 6 decades both report, Azerbaijan averaged higher in 4 and Bolivia in 2.

About this data
A measure of annual emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2), one of the six Kyoto greenhouse gases (GHG), from the waste sector. This includes emissions from solid waste (IPCC 2006 codes 4.A Solid Waste Disposal, 4.B Biological Treatment of Solid Waste, 4.C Incineration and Open Burning of Waste) and wastewater treatment (IPCC 2006 code 4.D Wastewater Treatment and Discharge). The measure is standardized to carbon dioxide equivalent values using the Global Warming Potential (GWP) factors of IPCC's 5th Assessment Report (AR5).
