Chad vs Liberia: Crop residue removal — Cropland nitrogen per unit area
Crop residue removal — Cropland nitrogen per unit area over time
- Chad
- Liberia
How they compare
Liberia currently reports 3.39 kg/ha against 3.21 kg/ha in Chad, a difference of 0.18 kg/ha.
That makes Liberia's figure about 1.1 times Chad's.
The two have swapped places 1 time across 63 shared years of data; in 1961 it was Chad ahead.
Chad ranks 148th and Liberia ranks 147th of 185 countries.
Across the 7 decades both report, Chad averaged higher in 2 and Liberia in 5.
Head to head by decade
| Decade | Chad | Liberia | Difference | Ahead |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1960s | 2.16 kg/ha | 0.0499 kg/ha | 2.11 kg/ha | Chad |
| 1970s | 1.99 kg/ha | 0.9435 kg/ha | 1.05 kg/ha | Chad |

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
