Libya vs Seychelles: Crop residue removal — Cropland nitrogen per unit area
Crop residue removal — Cropland nitrogen per unit area over time
- Libya
- Seychelles
How they compare
Seychelles currently reports 2.4 kg/ha against 2.09 kg/ha in Libya, a difference of 0.31 kg/ha.
That makes Seychelles's figure about 1.2 times Libya's.
The two have swapped places 1 time across 63 shared years of data; in 1961 it was Libya ahead.
Libya ranks 177th and Seychelles ranks 174th of 201 countries.
Across the 7 decades both report, Libya averaged higher in 5 and Seychelles in 2.
Head to head by decade
| Decade | Libya | Seychelles | Difference | Ahead |

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
