Central Asia vs Egypt: Input — Cropland phosphorus per unit area
Input — Cropland phosphorus per unit area over time
- Central Asia
- Egypt
How they compare
Egypt currently reports 40.57 kg/ha against 7.38 kg/ha in Central Asia, a difference of 33.19 kg/ha.
That makes Egypt's figure about 5.5 times Central Asia's.
The two have swapped places 2 times across 63 shared years of data; in 1961 it was Egypt ahead.
Central Asia ranks 21st and Egypt ranks 19th of 32 groups.
Egypt has averaged higher in every one of the 7 decades both report.
Head to head by decade

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
