Middle Africa vs Türkiye: Input — Cropland potassium per unit area
Input — Cropland potassium per unit area over time
- Middle Africa
- Türkiye
How they compare
Türkiye currently reports 7.69 kg/ha against 6.01 kg/ha in Middle Africa, a difference of 1.68 kg/ha.
That makes Türkiye's figure about 1.3 times Middle Africa's.
The two have swapped places 2 times across 63 shared years of data; in 1961 it was Türkiye ahead.
Middle Africa ranks 16th and Türkiye ranks 15th of 18 groups.
Türkiye has averaged higher in every one of the 7 decades both report.
Head to head by decade
| Decade | Middle Africa | Türkiye | Difference | Ahead |

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
