Asia vs Brunei Darussalam: Leaching — Cropland nitrogen per unit area
Leaching — Cropland nitrogen per unit area over time
- Asia
- Brunei Darussalam
How they compare
Brunei Darussalam currently reports 90.61 kg/ha against 15.5 kg/ha in Asia, a difference of 75.11 kg/ha.
That makes Brunei Darussalam's figure about 5.8 times Asia's.
The two have swapped places 2 times across 63 shared years of data; in 1961 it was Brunei Darussalam ahead.
Asia ranks 4th and Brunei Darussalam ranks 5th of 32 groups.
Brunei Darussalam has averaged higher in every one of the 7 decades both report.
Head to head by decade

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
