Bhutan vs Russian Federation: Leaching β Cropland nitrogen per unit area
Leaching β Cropland nitrogen per unit area over time
- Bhutan
- Russian Federation
How they compare
Bhutan currently reports 3.92 kg/ha against 3.66 kg/ha in Russian Federation, a difference of 0.26 kg/ha.
That makes Bhutan's figure about 1.1 times Russian Federation's.
The two have swapped places 1 time across 32 shared years of data; in 1992 it was Russian Federation ahead.
Bhutan ranks 145th and Russian Federation ranks 148th of 201 countries.
Across the 4 decades both report, Bhutan averaged higher in 3 and Russian Federation in 1.
Head to head by decade

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
