Bosnia and Herzegovina vs Togo: Methane (CH4) emissions from Waste
Methane (CH4) emissions from Waste over time
- Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Togo
How they compare
Togo currently reports 1 Mt CO2e against 0.9494 Mt CO2e in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a difference of 0.0506 Mt CO2e.
That makes Togo's figure about 1.1 times Bosnia and Herzegovina's.
The two have swapped places 1 time across 55 shared years of data; in 1970 it was Bosnia and Herzegovina ahead.
Bosnia and Herzegovina ranks 124th and Togo ranks 121st of 203 countries.
Across the 6 decades both report, Bosnia and Herzegovina averaged higher in 5 and Togo in 1.
Head to head by decade

About this data
A measure of annual emissions of methane (CH4), one of the six Kyoto greenhouse gases (GHG), from the waste sector. This includes emissions from solid waste (IPCC 2006 codes 4.A Solid Waste Disposal, 4.B Biological Treatment of Solid Waste, 4.C Incineration and Open Burning of Waste) and wastewater treatment (IPCC 2006 code 4.D Wastewater Treatment and Discharge). The measure is standardized to carbon dioxide equivalent values using the Global Warming Potential (GWP) factors of IPCC's 5th Assessment Report (AR5).
