Bhutan vs Djibouti: Nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions from Waste
Nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions from Waste over time
- Bhutan
- Djibouti
How they compare
Djibouti currently reports 0.0129 Mt CO2e against 0.011 Mt CO2e in Bhutan, a difference of 0.0019 Mt CO2e.
That makes Djibouti's figure about 1.2 times Bhutan's.
Across all 55 years both countries report, Djibouti has been ahead every year.
Bhutan ranks 161st and Djibouti ranks 158th of 203 countries.
Djibouti has averaged higher in every one of the 6 decades both report.
Head to head by decade

About this data
A measure of annual emissions of nitrous oxide (N2O), one of the six Kyoto greenhouse gases (GHG), from the waste sector. This includes emissions from solid waste (IPCC 2006 codes 4.A Solid Waste Disposal, 4.B Biological Treatment of Solid Waste, 4.C Incineration and Open Burning of Waste) and wastewater treatment (IPCC 2006 code 4.D Wastewater Treatment and Discharge). The measure is standardized to carbon dioxide equivalent values using the Global Warming Potential (GWP) factors of IPCC's 5th Assessment Report (AR5).
