IBRD only vs Indonesia: Nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions from Waste
Nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions from Waste over time
- IBRD only
- Indonesia
How they compare
IBRD only currently reports 85.8 Mt CO2e against 3.79 Mt CO2e in Indonesia, a difference of 82.01 Mt CO2e.
That makes IBRD only's figure about 22.7 times Indonesia's.
Across all 55 years both countries report, IBRD only has been ahead every year.
IBRD only ranks 5th and Indonesia ranks 5th of 47 groups.
IBRD only has averaged higher in every one of the 6 decades both report.
Head to head by decade

About this data
A measure of annual emissions of nitrous oxide (N2O), one of the six Kyoto greenhouse gases (GHG), from the waste sector. This includes emissions from solid waste (IPCC 2006 codes 4.A Solid Waste Disposal, 4.B Biological Treatment of Solid Waste, 4.C Incineration and Open Burning of Waste) and wastewater treatment (IPCC 2006 code 4.D Wastewater Treatment and Discharge). The measure is standardized to carbon dioxide equivalent values using the Global Warming Potential (GWP) factors of IPCC's 5th Assessment Report (AR5).
