Marshall Islands vs Saint Kitts and Nevis: Nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions from Waste
Nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions from Waste over time
- Marshall Islands
- Saint Kitts and Nevis
How they compare
Marshall Islands currently reports 0.001 Mt CO2e against 0.0009 Mt CO2e in Saint Kitts and Nevis, a difference of 0.0001 Mt CO2e.
That makes Marshall Islands's figure about 1.1 times Saint Kitts and Nevis's.
The two have swapped places 1 time across 55 shared years of data; in 1970 it was Saint Kitts and Nevis ahead.
Marshall Islands ranks 187th and Saint Kitts and Nevis ranks 190th of 203 countries.
Across the 6 decades both report, Marshall Islands averaged higher in 1 and Saint Kitts and Nevis in 5.

About this data
A measure of annual emissions of nitrous oxide (N2O), one of the six Kyoto greenhouse gases (GHG), from the waste sector. This includes emissions from solid waste (IPCC 2006 codes 4.A Solid Waste Disposal, 4.B Biological Treatment of Solid Waste, 4.C Incineration and Open Burning of Waste) and wastewater treatment (IPCC 2006 code 4.D Wastewater Treatment and Discharge). The measure is standardized to carbon dioxide equivalent values using the Global Warming Potential (GWP) factors of IPCC's 5th Assessment Report (AR5).
