Canada vs North Macedonia: Outputs — Cropland potassium per unit area
Outputs — Cropland potassium per unit area over time
- Canada
- North Macedonia
How they compare
North Macedonia currently reports 17.95 kg/ha against 16.84 kg/ha in Canada, a difference of 1.11 kg/ha.
That makes North Macedonia's figure about 1.1 times Canada's.
The two have swapped places 2 times across 32 shared years of data; in 1992 it was North Macedonia ahead.
Canada ranks 126th and North Macedonia ranks 123rd of 201 countries.
North Macedonia has averaged higher in every one of the 4 decades both report.
Head to head by decade
| Decade | Canada | North Macedonia | Difference | Ahead |

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
