Polynesia vs Southern Asia: Outputs — Cropland potassium per unit area
Outputs — Cropland potassium per unit area over time
- Polynesia
- Southern Asia
How they compare
Southern Asia currently reports 31.02 kg/ha against 24.18 kg/ha in Polynesia, a difference of 6.84 kg/ha.
That makes Southern Asia's figure about 1.3 times Polynesia's.
The two have swapped places 1 time across 63 shared years of data; in 1961 it was Polynesia ahead.
Polynesia ranks 8th and Southern Asia ranks 7th of 18 countries.
Across the 7 decades both report, Polynesia averaged higher in 6 and Southern Asia in 1.

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
