Small island developing States (SIDS) vs USSR: Outputs — Cropland potassium
Outputs — Cropland potassium over time
- Small island developing States (SIDS)
- USSR
How they compare
USSR currently reports 1.88 million t against 463,656 t in Small island developing States (SIDS), a difference of 1.42 million t.
That makes USSR's figure about 4.1 times Small island developing States (SIDS)'s.
Across all 31 years both countries report, USSR has been ahead every year.
Small island developing States (SIDS) ranks 5th and USSR ranks 6th of 18 groups.
USSR has averaged higher in every one of the 4 decades both report.
Head to head by decade
| Decade | Small island developing States (SIDS) | USSR | Difference | Ahead |
|---|---|---|---|---|

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
