Chile vs Indonesia: Seed — Cropland nitrogen per unit area
Seed — Cropland nitrogen per unit area over time
- Chile
- Indonesia
How they compare
Chile currently reports 0.7264 kg/ha against 0.6087 kg/ha in Indonesia, a difference of 0.1177 kg/ha.
That makes Chile's figure about 1.2 times Indonesia's.
The two have swapped places 4 times across 63 shared years of data; in 1961 it was Chile ahead.
Chile ranks 115th and Indonesia ranks 118th of 186 countries.
Chile has averaged higher in every one of the 7 decades both report.

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
