Asia vs Kyrgyzstan: Seed — Cropland potassium per unit area
Seed — Cropland potassium per unit area over time
- Asia
- Kyrgyzstan
How they compare
Kyrgyzstan currently reports 1.4 kg/ha against 0.6686 kg/ha in Asia, a difference of 0.7314 kg/ha.
That makes Kyrgyzstan's figure about 2.1 times Asia's.
The two have swapped places 1 time across 32 shared years of data; in 1992 it was Asia ahead.
Asia ranks 6th and Kyrgyzstan ranks 8th of 18 regions.
Kyrgyzstan has averaged higher in every one of the 4 decades both report.
Head to head by decade
| Decade | Asia | Kyrgyzstan | Difference | Ahead |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1990s | 0.5919 kg/ha | 0.7901 kg/ha | 0.1982 kg/ha | Kyrgyzstan |
| 2000s | 0.6054 kg/ha | 1.43 kg/ha | 0.8242 kg/ha | Kyrgyzstan |

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
