Guyana vs Northern Europe: Seed — Cropland potassium per unit area
Seed — Cropland potassium per unit area over time
- Guyana
- Northern Europe
How they compare
Guyana currently reports 1.47 kg/ha against 0.7766 kg/ha in Northern Europe, a difference of 0.6934 kg/ha.
That makes Guyana's figure about 1.9 times Northern Europe's.
The two have swapped places 3 times across 63 shared years of data; in 1961 it was Northern Europe ahead.
Guyana ranks 7th and Northern Europe ranks 1st of 185 countries.
Across the 7 decades both report, Guyana averaged higher in 2 and Northern Europe in 5.

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
