Cabo Verde vs Myanmar: Volatilisation — Cropland nitrogen per unit area
Volatilisation — Cropland nitrogen per unit area over time
- Cabo Verde
- Myanmar
How they compare
Myanmar currently reports 8.1 kg/ha against 7.37 kg/ha in Cabo Verde, a difference of 0.73 kg/ha.
That makes Myanmar's figure about 1.1 times Cabo Verde's.
The two have swapped places 2 times across 63 shared years of data; in 1961 it was Myanmar ahead.
Cabo Verde ranks 144th and Myanmar ranks 142nd of 201 countries.
Across the 7 decades both report, Cabo Verde averaged higher in 2 and Myanmar in 5.
Head to head by decade
| Decade | Cabo Verde | Myanmar | Difference | Ahead |

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
