How they compare

Sudan currently reports 2.92 kg/ha against 2.48 kg/ha in Central African Republic, a difference of 0.44 kg/ha.

That makes Sudan's figure about 1.2 times Central African Republic's.

The two have swapped places 3 times across 12 shared years of data; in 2012 it was Central African Republic ahead.

Central African Republic ranks 174th and Sudan ranks 172nd of 186 countries.

Across the 2 decades both report, Central African Republic averaged higher in 1 and Sudan in 1.

Head to head by decade

Decade Central African Republic Sudan Difference Ahead
2010s 3.19 kg/ha 2.65 kg/ha 0.5399 kg/ha Central African Republic
2020s 2.51 kg/ha 3.38 kg/ha 0.8659 kg/ha Sudan

Averages of every year both report within each decade.

The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
