Land Locked Developing Countries (LLDCs) vs Mongolia: Volatilisation — Cropland nitrogen per unit area
Volatilisation — Cropland nitrogen per unit area over time
- Land Locked Developing Countries (LLDCs)
- Mongolia
How they compare
Mongolia currently reports 59.58 kg/ha against 10.67 kg/ha in Land Locked Developing Countries (LLDCs), a difference of 48.91 kg/ha.
That makes Mongolia's figure about 5.6 times Land Locked Developing Countries (LLDCs)'s.
Across all 63 years both countries report, Mongolia has been ahead every year.
Land Locked Developing Countries (LLDCs) ranks 23rd and Mongolia ranks 25th of 32 groups.
Mongolia has averaged higher in every one of the 7 decades both report.

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
