Analysis
The most recent figure for f-gases emissions from industrial processes in Tajikistan is 0.0071 Mt CO2e, measured in 2024. That is the lowest value across all 35 years on record.
Compared with earlier readings it is down 81.9% on the previous year and down 98.0% over ten years.
Over the whole period, f-gases emissions from industrial processes in Tajikistan peaked at 4.74 Mt CO2e in 1991 and was at its lowest, 0.0071 Mt CO2e, in 2024.
Tajikistan ranks 143rd of 154 countries on this measure, in the bottom quarter.
The series is highly variable year to year, so single readings are best treated with caution.

About this data
A measure of annual emissions of fluorinated gases (hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), perfluorocarbons (PFCs), and sulphur hexafluoride (SF6)), from industrial processes including IPCC 2006 codes 2.B Chemical Industry, 2.C Metal Industry, 2.E Electronics Industry, 2.F Product Uses as Substitutes for Ozone Depleting Substances, 2.G Other Product Manufacture and Use The measure is standardized to carbon dioxide equivalent values using the Global Warming Potential (GWP) factors of IPCC's 5th Assessment Report (AR5).
