Bosnia and Herzegovina vs Chile: Biological fixation — Cropland nitrogen
Biological fixation — Cropland nitrogen over time
- Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Chile
How they compare
Chile currently reports 3,613 t against 3,354 t in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a difference of 259 t.
That makes Chile's figure about 1.1 times Bosnia and Herzegovina's.
The two have swapped places 2 times across 32 shared years of data; in 1992 it was Chile ahead.
Bosnia and Herzegovina ranks 111th and Chile ranks 109th of 176 countries.
Chile has averaged higher in every one of the 4 decades both report.
Head to head by decade
| Decade | Bosnia and Herzegovina | Chile | Difference | Ahead |

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
