Kenya vs Türkiye: Biological fixation — Cropland nitrogen
Biological fixation — Cropland nitrogen over time
- Kenya
- Türkiye
How they compare
Türkiye currently reports 107,568 t against 98,850 t in Kenya, a difference of 8,718 t.
That makes Türkiye's figure about 1.1 times Kenya's.
The two have swapped places 2 times across 63 shared years of data; in 1961 it was Türkiye ahead.
Kenya ranks 34th and Türkiye ranks 32nd of 191 countries.
Türkiye has averaged higher in every one of the 7 decades both report.

About this data
The Cropland Nutrient balance domain contains information on the flows of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium from mineral fertilizer, manure applied, atmospheric deposition, crop removal, and biological fixation over cropland and per unit area of cropland. The flows are aggregated to total inputs and total outputs, from which the overall nutrient balance and nutrient use efficiency on cropland are calculated. Statistics are disseminated in units of tonnes and in kg/ha, as appropriate. Nutrient use efficiency is expressed as a fraction (%).
