15.2.1 Above-ground biomass in forest — Value is currently reported for 204 countries. The highest value is 498.96 t/ha in Guyana; the lowest is 7.48 t/ha in Turkmenistan.
The median across all reporting countries is 114.28 t/ha, and the mean is 127.87 t/ha.
The gap between the highest and lowest reporting country is a factor of about 67.
Over the past decade 72 countries rose and 54 fell. The largest increase was in United States Virgin Islands (up 84.3%), and the largest decrease in Iraq (down 48.1%).
