Analysis
Armenia recorded 0.0004 Mt CO2e for nitrous oxide (n2o) emissions from industrial combustion (energy) in 2024.
That represents a change of unchanged over ten years.
Over the whole period, nitrous oxide (n2o) emissions from industrial combustion (energy) in Armenia peaked at 0.0059 Mt CO2e in 1980 and was at its lowest, 0.0002 Mt CO2e, in 2010.
Armenia ranks 158th of 193 countries on this measure, in the bottom quarter.
The series is highly variable year to year, so single readings are best treated with caution.

About this data
A measure of annual emissions of nitrous oxide (N2O), one of the six Kyoto greenhouse gases (GHG), from industrial combustion (subsector of the energy sector) including IPCC 2006 code 1.A.2 Manufacturing Industries and Construction. The measure is standardized to carbon dioxide equivalent values using the Global Warming Potential (GWP) factors of IPCC's 5th Assessment Report (AR5).
